Just a chance to see if we are a good fit.I am a compassionate and empathetic listener, and I draw on a range of resources to support the people I work with. I am dedicated to collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure the best individualized care possible. My primary therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness. During our first session, I incorporate guided imagery to help you develop relaxation skills, increase self-awareness, and establish a foundation for treatment.
I earned my master's degree from Antioch University Los Angeles in 2017. I spent eight years at the Antioch University Counseling Center, where I took part in their outreach program and served as a psychotherapist for at-risk children in an elementary school for three years. I then established a private practice in Santa Monica, offering both in-person and virtual sessions via Zoom. I also have extensive experience treating bipolar disorder, and I work with individuals managing bipolar disorder on a regular basis.
I am skilled at holding an objective perspective and offering resources that help clients build fulfilling, happy lives. As a Marriage and Family Therapist, I am passionate about helping people develop effective coping tools. My practice emphasizes guided meditation, body scans, and breathwork, and I value collaboration to meet each person's goals. I encourage clients to stay present, proactive, and focused on reaching their fullest potential.
I work closely with my clients to set goals and create a treatment plan tailored to their needs. I believe in making small, meaningful changes that lead to significant, long-term transformation. My approach is rooted in helping clients stay grounded in the present while building a proactive and intentional life.
You do not have to have it all figured out to begin. You just have to be willing to start.

I do not believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I draw on several evidence-informed methods and shape our work around your goals, your story, and what feels right for you. A few principles guide everything I do.
You are the expert on your own life. We set goals together and I check in often to make sure our work stays useful and rooted in what matters to you.
This is a space where you can say the hard things out loud. I meet whatever you bring with warmth, curiosity, and zero judgment.
My work is grounded in approaches with real research behind them, adapted thoughtfully to fit you rather than forcing you to fit the method.
Insight matters, and so does movement. We keep sight of where you want to go and the concrete steps that help you get there.
My work centers on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness, the two approaches I rely on most to help you build practical skills that last.
I work one-on-one with children, adolescents, and adults. Wherever you are, there is a place for you here.
Younger clients navigating big feelings, behavioral challenges, ADHD, and learning differences, met with warmth and patience.
Teens facing the pressures of school, identity, friendships, and family, in a space that is genuinely their own.
One-on-one therapy for adults working through anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, chronic pain, and life's harder seasons, at your own pace.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. Here is what the process looks like so you know what to expect before we ever meet.
Each session is 50 minutes.
We begin with some intake questions so I can understand what brings you in and what you are hoping for. From there we move into breathwork, followed by guided imagery, so you leave with tools you can start using right away.
My fee is $200 per session, and I accept all major credit cards. I am not currently in network with insurance, but we will send a superbill to your insurance company for possible reimbursement.
Yes. I offer both in-person sessions at my Santa Monica office and secure video sessions (Zoom) for clients located anywhere in California. We can decide together what works best for you.
I ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. There is a $200 no-show fee for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice.
